DDA Housing scheme 2017 online application form (PMAY): DDA Housing Scheme is an effective step taken by the Delhi government for eradicating slums from the capital city. DDA coming abroad on prime minister’s “Housing for all” mission has decide to provide houses to the residents of the capital city at prices cheaper than the market price. DDA has constructed various types of houses according to the requirements of the applicants. the Price of these houses depends on the type of house it is and the applicant who will buy it.
DDA has launched this scheme in 2014 earlier but applicants surrendered the houses to the authority because of their bad condition. Surrendered houses are reconstructed and brought to the standard. DDA 2017 housing scheme will also include the houses surrendered earlier by the applicants.
In addition to the terms and condition for the housing scheme DDA has added few more regulations. Applicants can have a inspection of the constructed houses before submitting the registration fees. Once registration process is completed by the applicants they can’t surrender the allotted houses to the authority. On surrendering the houses registration fee will not be refunded as it was done earlier.
Government has made sure that beneficiary get all standard facilities like transport, market, different supplies etc, near these houses. Houses will have all the adequate facilities as it was not available for all the houses in the earlier.
How to apply for DDA Housing Scheme:
DDA has come in collaboration with eight government and non government banks of the capital city for its housing scheme. Application forms for the housing scheme will be available on the selected branches of those banks. DDA will also be accepting the online application forms through various gateways. Banks will also provide gateway for accepting the payment money.
Banks, where applicants can get the applications for the housing scheme are Bank of Baroda, Yes Bank, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of India, Central Bank and HDFC Bank. Officials said that 99 branches of Bank of Baroda, 48 of Yes Bank, 118 of Axis Bank, 84 of IDBI bank, 50 of Kotak Mahindra Bank, 29 of State Bank of India, 28 of Central Bank of India and 6 of HDFC will be providing the facilities for the scheme.
