Eligibility conditions for Chandigarh Housing Scheme:
- Beneficiary should be a resident of Chandigarh.
- Beneficiary should fall under EWS category (Annual income up to 3lakhs).
- Beneficiary should fall under LIG category (Annual income from 3lakhs to 6lakhs)
- Beneficiary should not have any pucca house in India.
Chandigarh housing board also providing a credit linked subsidy where beneficiary can avail a loan on 6.5% interest for new houses. Applicant of the scheme will have to prove their eligibility through various documents required.
